Take Me Out To The Ball Game

On Monday we had a special meeting. Our club went to the local Reno Ace's Baseball game in Reno. This was our second time as a club going to the Ace's Game. I really like this meeting as it gives the puppies a much different atmosphere and they have to leave the crazy kids alone, the food all over the floor, and they have to deal with the noise. I was really impressed with all our puppies as they all did so well, even the 4-month old puppies did really well! Ryder of course was great and had to issues really, besides settling in, he wanted to go around and greet all his human and dog friends from our club that came.
We only stayed for about 7 innings as my ride home had to leave and get to bed at a decent hour as she had to work the next day.
As you can tell Ryder really got into the game. Lol.

I am trying to get back into the school schedule now as school starts on the 23. I am sure Ryder will be happy to go back to school as I am sure he missed all his friends. I on the other hand would like summer to go on another month or so, but at the same time I am kind of ready for school. I have heard nothing on Ryder's recall which is a good thing he is still pretty young he is only 14 months old. I am trying to get a cross out of the 3 litters that were born in July, so I am thinking September would be a good time for Ry to go back tho it will break my heart to leave him in the kennels. Time will only tell! I hope you all have a good week. :)

That looks like a great puppy club outing! I remember when I took Don to a baseball game- I forgot how little room there was and he barely fit under the chair! We ended up walking around the stadium instead :)

I start school next week :( I'm at a different school now so I have to talk to the principal about Don all over again- I'm hoping he'll get to go at some point, but I think he's getting recalled pretty soon (like Sept.). That's so cool that you might be getting a cross! I can't wait to hear more about your puppy news.

Good boy Ryder! It sounds like you were well behaved.
